<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for Thailand Sales activities as well as Regional Sales activities for Singapore/Malaysia Sales Functions. - Provide daily customer support via email, phone, and onsite visits to ensure effective communication with customers. - Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospects customers - Drive new business development through coordination with relevant internal teams within company group - Ensure customer satisfaction, achieve job requirements & KPIs through professional and proactive coordination. - Manage market database and analysis (including data entry and market research).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years experience as Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service in Shipping Business, Logistics/ Freight Forwarder, or Automotive Trading, Import-Export field - Conversational High in English (Coordinate with oversea clients) - Be able to visit client when required (company car with some driver support) - Comfort to do OT if require - Computer literate in MS office <In detail> - Strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills. - High Responsibility, Well Organizing, Self-motivation, Logical Thinking, and Active Team Work - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Leadership skills and proactive team collaboration. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree major International Logistics, Business Administration - Holding high score of TOEIC - Driving licence
