<Customers & Products>
Products: special steel and processed steel parts. Clients: Japanese and Thai manufacturing companies.

<Saturday Working: 1 or 2 times per month>
<Position Objective/Expectation>
To ensure efficient sales operations by coordinating internal workflows, managing inventory planning, analyzing sales data, and monitoring customer satisfaction to support service improvements.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Logistics, Accounting, and Warehouse to ensure smooth sales operations
- Plan purchasing activities to maintain inventory levels in accordance with company policy
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales reports, including Sales Reports, Forecasts, and Performance Summaries
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction to support continuous service improvement
- Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Coordination, or Administrative functions 

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MRP system
- Able to drive with a valid driving license
- Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers
- Able to coordinate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Immediate availability or short notice period will be an advantage
