Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle Import documents and process - Issue Purchasing Order and other documents such as Sales contract, Purchase contract, invoice etc. - Contact factory and customer through email (Main) or phone call related to sale and delivery process - Shipping Management/ Order and Delivery Management - Production Schedule Management - Coordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on-time delivery arrangement to the customer in local with accurately - Sales transaction data entry - Gathering necessary documents such invoice, packing list, B/L, Variety of Forms and coordinates with the shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately - Process Environmental data from customer - Forecast for the shortage of stock for delivery - Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued - Support team workload if needed - Prepare report upon request from the manager - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 year as Sales Coordinator (Trading or Manufacturing) - Experience of Plastic pellets, Plastic Resin or other Chemical products - Proficient in Import process and document knowledge - Conversational High to Business level in English <Report to Japanese Manager, documentation, email, phone etc.> - Proficient in MS Excel, Word - Comfort to do OT work as daily (At least 1 hour per day, during accounting closing period, around 2-3 hours per day) - Work well under pressure and meet timeline with service mind <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experienced in SAP program - TOEIC 600 or over - Immediately or Early Join - Handle large number of shipping related documents - Experience in Japanese Trading Company
