Work outline: To support sales and work closely with Sales and suppliers/customers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Sales transaction data entry
Ø Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
Ø Co-ordinate with shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
Ø Co-ordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on time delivery arrangement to customer in local with accurately
Ø Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
Ø Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
Ø Support team work load if needed
Ø Prepare report upon request from manager
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female , ages 24-32 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any field
Ø More than 1 year of working experience in Sales Coordinator tasks in trading company
Ø Familiar with Japanese culture
Ø Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)
Prefer:
Ø Have working experience in Japanese company
Ø Be able to use SAP
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level (Middle to high)
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.15 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 22,000 – 25,000 THB including all allowance
