Work Outline Responsible for overall sales support functions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and follow up product delivery
Check and Confirm Import Duty payment
Handle documents related to domestic
Issued quotations, invoices to customers and purchase orders to suppliers
Prepared documents according to logistics department to process custom clearance
Attended meetings including team meeting, monthly company meeting, and customers and vendors meeting
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, Age 22-26 years
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, and other related fields
At least 1 year exp. of Sales Support / Sales Coordinator (Not admin!!)
New Graduates are welcome
Experience in handling sales document in plastic products will be advantage
Excellent detail oriented person
Good English skill in both writing and speaking
Good interpersonal skill and team player
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience and knowledge in supporting sales documents
Experience in trading company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:20 (Monday to Friday) Lunch time: 12:00 – 13:20
About the Benefit
Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 THB including all Allowance
