Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle domestics, import shipments, and stock shipments. - Handle commission payables, arrange payments, and process insurance. - Prepare Internal documentation, including indent business and duly stamp. - Customer registration, document courier arrangement. - Checking the export document and customs clearance expense. - Proceed with customer orders, arrange delivery, issue tax Invoices until getting payment. - Other tasks assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field - Working Experience 1 year as Sales Coordinator of similar work (Trading, import, export, supply chain) in a trading company - New graduates with internship back office experience are welcome - Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Japanese sales and international customers) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working Experience in a Chemical trading company - TOEIC score 600 up
