<Job Responsibilities> *It may be changed in the future, corresponding changing business conditions <Support for Sales Team and Sales Manager> - Daily sales activity, receiving call (Response), Reply customer’s email. - Receive Customer's PO & reply back to customer.( Adjust delivery date). - Input Sale Order in system.(SAP system) - Input and update Order in excel File./ Update Sale summary. - Collect & Update Forecast Order - Issue tax invoice & sending copy for advance by e-mail. - Purchase Relate Job - Issue PO & shipping instruction (Issue Sale order, Delivery Order ) - Booking exchange rate then hand onto Account Division for Export/Import - Receive requirement form customer such as COA, MSDS,TAX Invoice etc. - Place Billing notes to customers relate with - Cut stock in inventory LEDGER for sample - Checking stock report in SAP - Keep documents in a file - Update production planning and Issue PO raw material if necessary - Confirm Shipment Schedule - Summarize payment (include. Commission) to oversee suppliers and hand on to account division - Preparing document and billing and Debit note to the customer - Confirm & Update Customer PO Balance• - Make the report (Royalty, Purchase Summary (BOI), RM Adjustment, ETC) <Other> - Customer/ Visitor support. - Assigned by Sales-CO Leader (Thai) and Manager/General Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years’ experience in Sales Coordinator (with Experience in import-export business and 3rd parties trading) from Japanese or MNC trading or manufacturing Company - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Conversational High to Business level in English language (Communicate with Japanese and other country’s company of supplier and customers about delivery, quality, requested documents and sales matter) <In detail about attitude, mindset> - Mainly desk work at office. - Sometime go to our customers for Billing. - Making documents and stocks control. - Willing to work apart from duties in some time. - Eager to learn new knowledge. - Have a positive attitude, open minded and innovative. - Polite and honest communication without hesitation. - Logical thinking (PDCA). - Able to work under pressure. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - SAP knowledge - Experience in Communication skill with Japanese and other country’s company of supplier and customers about delivery, quality, requested documents and sales matter - TOEIC score 600 or over - Early join candidate
