Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with related parties to support customer requirements, including problem solving, implementation, and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service - Follow up with customers and overseas inquiries regarding shipment status, related documents, billing, claims, and other requirements - Prepare Attached Sheets and apply License per Invoice (LPI), Import Entry, and issue Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) Forms - Review and amend product names on invoices and packing lists to match Food and Drug Administration (FDA) license requirements - Apply import licenses or import privileges via National Single Window (NSW) system with related Government Offices (FDA, DOA, TISI, etc.) - Monitor daily emails and business requirements from internal and external parties - Monitor cargo movement and provide advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling - Maintain and develop business relationships with clients
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator or in Customer Service from Freight Company or New graduated with direct internship experiences - Conversation High level in English for communicating with Internal and external - Knowledge of Import/Export shipment and experience liaising with related Government Offices and related parties - Computer literacy (MS Office) - <Personality> - Positive attitude, cooperativeness and hardworking <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - TOEIC score 550 up will be advantage
