Sales Coordinator (Technical Sales) (25K – 35K) (SDG-55755) เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานฝ่ายขาย Duties & Responsibilities: • Issue purchasing order base on forecast and inventory • Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents • Coordinate with sales team in BKK regarding the product delivery to the customers • Be able to manage basic problem of the machine if occur and report to sales team in order to find the optimal solutions and run the delivery process smoothly • Attend the meeting and take the minute of the meeting and report to JP Sales team • Other tasks as assigned Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 25-35 years • Male only • High diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical or related field • At least 2 years experience as maintenance engineer ,service engineer, technical engineer, and electrical engineer from trading company or manufacturing • Be able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversational Middle-High) • Own car and have driving license • Delivery Management and good communication skill • Able to communicate in Japanese • Own Pickup car Languages skills English : Conversational Japanese : None Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Seaboard Working Hour: 9:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Saturday working depend on client request)) About the Benefit Salary: 25,000–35,000THB • Social Insurance • Group Insurance • Annual Health Check • Company Trip About the allowance • OT Allowance • Transportation Allowance About the company • Business Type: General Trading Company • Products: Machinery

เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานฝ่ายขาย (25K - 35K) (SDG-55755) หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: -ออกใบสั่งซื้อตามการคาดการณ์และสินค้าคงคลัง -ออกใบเสนอราคาใบแจ้งหนี้และเอกสารการขายอื่น ๆ -ประสานงานกับทีมขายในกทม. เกี่ยวกับการจัดส่งสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า -สามารถจัดการปัญหาพื้นฐานของเครื่องได้หากเกิดขึ้นและรายงานต่อทีมขายเพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสมที่สุดและดำเนินกระบวนการจัดส่งได้อย่างราบรื่น -เข้าร่วมการประชุมและจดรายงานการประชุมและรายงานต่อทีมขายของ JP -งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น -อายุ 25-35 ปี -เฉพาะผู้ชาย -ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีสาขาเครื่องกลหรือไฟฟ้าหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง -มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรซ่อมบำรุงวิศวกรบริการวิศวกรเทคนิคและวิศวกรไฟฟ้าจากบริษัทการค้าหรือโรงงานผลิต -สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ -มีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเองและมีใบขับขี่ -การจัดการการจัดส่งและทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี -สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะดีมาก -มีรถปิคอัพเป็นของตัวเองจะดีมาก ทักษะด้านภาษา Ø ภาษาอังกฤษ: สนทนา พื้นที่ทำงาน : นิคมอุตสาหกรรมสยามอีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ด เวลาทำการ : 9: 00-17: 00 น.
