Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle documentation tasks (i.e., issue Cost Sheet-INVENTORY Control system input Sale support program, issuing Receipt-Debit-Credit Note, shipping documents etc.) - Handle sales execution tasks (i.e., follow up payment overseas, Branch Company Japan - Hong Kong, etc.) - Interpreting-Translating (Thai-Japanese-English) for Japanese internal(back office) and external organizations. - Facilitate related works with internal (back office) and external organizations (customers, vendors, government offices, etc) - Other task assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Import-Export in the Trading Business. - Conversation level in Japanese (N2 or above) to communicate with HQ and overseas branch. - Conversational Middle in English - Proficient in Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, MS. Office skills) <Detials> - Good communication, high responsibility, and a positive working attitude. - Fast learner, and strong will to complete the task. - Good teamwork, Able to manage multiple tasks - Able to work in a new setup company <Preferable Skill / Experience> - TOEIC score 650 or above
