Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) (25K-30K) (JO-180417-152339)
Work outline: Responsible for all Sales Coordinator tasks and coordinate with Japanese clients
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales related matters between other departments and clients.
Make documents for sales.
Responsible for assisting Sales teams including contacting clients, estimate ordering, additional requirement of client, and make a report to Sales Manager.
Follow up the process of shipping
Coordinate with Accountant
Make and collect documents relevant to ISO
Inventory management
Responsible for all requests and after sales services for clients.
Providing report to Sales Manager
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, male/female, age 24-30 years
Bachelor’s degree
At least 1-2 year of working experience as Sales Coordinator, Sales and Marketing in Trading Company
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Negotiation skill and able to deal with clients.
Interpersonal skill and presentation skill.
Good personality

Preferable:
Sales product to automotive manufacturing
Able to drive a car and have driving license will be advantage


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: N2 above

Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 / Monday to Friday (Saturday half day once a month)
