Work Outline: To support sales staffs in various admin work (Infrastructure Department)
Duties & Responsibilities:
To work as back office staff to support business team member during their duty
To support and communication among partners and colleague in Tokyo Head office.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Female, age 22-25 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or other related fields
New graduates OR if candidate has 1 – 2 years’ experience of sales assistant staff (NOT ADMIN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE who did not have experience in handling sales documents)
Working experience in similar industry/business
Positive thinking, friendly and able to work under pressure
Good English skill in both writing and speaking
Good interpersonal skill and team player
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience and knowledge in Infrastructure industry
Experience in trading company
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:20 (Monday to Friday) Lunch time: 12:00 – 13:20
