Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle daily document transactions (customs clearance, invoices, etc.) and provide full-scope document service to customers. - Control and arrange inbound and outbound logistics efficiently, coordinating with logistics providers, warehouses, and shipping lines. - Manage credit control to prevent over-credit and past-due situations. - Process and input documents related to import/export and domestic business accurately into the system. - Perform administrative tasks for the team, including report-making support and meeting arrangements.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of experience as a Sales coordinator with handling shipping documents (import and export operations) from a Trading/Manufacturing company - Conversational High level in English (Communicate with Japanese GM and External) - Proficient in basic IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). <Details> - Demonstrates a high level of commitment to completing tasks. - Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with team members. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience from Food&Retail Business - Toeic 700 up
