Work Outline: To support sales staffs in various admin work (Food Department)
Duties & Responsibilities:
To perform documentation job related with sales transaction such as PO, invoice and others.
To handle import or export documents.
To ensure the smooth of goods delivery
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Female, age 24-28 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or other related fields
2-3 years exp. of sales coordinator, import & export, purchasing or logistics related functions (NOT ADMIN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE who did not have experience in handling sales documents)
Working experience in similar industry/business
Positive thinking, friendly and able to work under pressure
Good English skill in both writing and speaking
Good interpersonal skill and team player
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience and knowledge in food industry
Experience in trading company
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:20 (Monday to Friday) Lunch time: 12:00 – 13:20
