Work outline: Responsible for sales support activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage to purchase raw material form local and foreign supplier. (Issue P/O to suppliers)
Manage and handling import and export documents throughout the process.
Preparing custom document and clearing, together with logistics.
Coordinate and cooperate with export representative.
Booking shipping space from Freight forwarder.
Input data and preparing report.
Solving problem and ship the goods to customer on time.
To perform as per company's assignment job and or project.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, female only, age 22-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Business English, or other related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome
1 – 2 year working experience as Sales Coordinator / Sales Support (Electronics part/Trading) will be advantage
Experience in Import, Export, and Custom will also be considered
Good command of English
Interpersonal Skill/Service Mind
Understand trading process / Import-export
Proficient in computer literacy
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 40,000 THB including all Allowance
