Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Receive and share customer requirements. - Review Customer Purchase Orders (P/O) or Forecasts. - Review self-evaluation performance results and initiate reviews for improvement as needed. - Control and review inventory stock against targets, clear movement, and identify dead stock. - Co-operate with factory, warehouse, customer, and suppliers. - Provide and issue quotations or requests for quotations to the customer. - Monitor, review, and correct data in the database. - Participate in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) meetings for new models during the trial stage. - Inform superiors in case of any issues and manage design change notifications. - Support Customer Audits. - Arrange deliveries to the customer by controlling logistics. - Report any problems to the Japanese Manager, Area Manager, and Supervisor. - Other assigned duties.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 6 months of experience as a sales coordinator or customer service in the automotive or electronic industry. - Conversational high level of English (Used for both internal communication, visiting foreign clients, email, and documents). - Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office Excel (Formula/Vlookup/Pivot table). <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - TOEIC score of 500 or above is preferable. - Knowledge about ISO. - Able to speak Japanese
