Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Support for Sales Team and Sales manager: - Daily sales activity, receiving call (Response), Reply to customers and factory PIC’s email. (Person in charge) - Prepare and Issue shipping documents. - Purchase order, billing document, tax invoice. - Control delivery and forecast. - Issue for delivery order. - Control loading the products at customer warehouse. - Prepare documents and sample to customers. - Contact with overseas suppliers for shipping documents - Billing and collect cheques. (If any) - Checking and booking rate for import and export shipments. - Check and control Inventory 2. Other: - Customer/ Factory support. - Assigned by Sales-CO Leader (Thai) and Manager (Japanese) (It may be changed in the future, corresponding changing business condition) - Occasionally, it is necessary to deliver Billing to the factory.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years as Sales Coordinator in Japanese or foreign company (Trading company or Manufacturing Company) in Industrial products - Experience in both import and export - Experience in stock/ inventory control, handling related documents such as shipping documents, delivery order/ note, purchasing order, billing, invoice, receive cheque etc. - Conversational High to Business level in English language (Communicate with Japanese and other country’s company of supplier and customers about delivery, quality, requested documents and sales matter) - Comfort for mainly desk work at office. <In detail about attitude, mindset> - Service mind and good characteristics - Willing to work apart from duties in some time. - Polite and honest communication without hesitation - Eager to learn new knowledge. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in Japanese trading company - Experience in Engineering Plastic - Experience of SAP - TOEIC score 600 or over
