Job Description
<Job Responsibilities > - Handle end-to-end delivery follow-up based on sales orders - Communicate with suppliers, forwarders, and external warehouse staff (including overseas locations such as Japan, China, Singapore and Taiwan, etc) - Issue invoices to customers and follow up on deliveries and scheduling adjustments - Input data into internal systems - Prepare and manage delivery schedule and related documentation - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year experience as a sales coordinator, sales support, or logistic officer in manufacturing, general trading, and logistics companies (such as freight forwarding companies) - Conversational high level of English to communicate with overseas suppliers such as Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. - A person who is willing to learn specialized knowledge. - A person who firmly comply company regulation. - Can join immediately <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in a Japanese company - Bachelor of business administration, international business, electrical engineering or related fields. - Basic knowledge of semiconductors. - Basic knowledge of Japanese business practice.
