Sales Coordinator (ELE Component Division) (18K–20K) (SDG-117921) <Job responsibilities> - Support Sales activity and Be in charge of delivery to client - Coordinate between customer and Factory - Receiving the order from a customer and confirming the detail - Process the order to the Factory / Follow up on the delivery schedule and reply to the customer - Delivery Control: Received PO (Purchase Order) from Customer and issued PO to Factory - Schedule Update: Factory plan of weekly / Follow date in PO - Input Sales target and Achievement (monthly target) - Inventory Stock control/ Monitoring - Other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - At least 1 year of work experience as a Sales coordinator, Sales support in any industry (Trading/Manufacturing) - Have Experienced issues PO (purchase order) - Able to use Excel - Conversational high level in English (for internal coordination with Japanese customers and making the documents) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure - Strong Sales and negotiation skills. - Detail-oriented and proactively work to meet deadlines and Follow up until the end of the process <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Semiconductor/Electronic trading company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday) About the Benefits 18,000–20,000THB About the company Product & Service: Trading and Manufacturing of electronic components Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components;
