About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for overall documentation task to support Sales Team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Conduct entire route order receive, PO issue delivery schedule
Ø Share information of Sales forecast and customer’s request to Factory site and management
Ø Support all necessary information to customer
Ø Appraise and coordinate to factory necessary requirement
Ø Control document under J‐SOX standard and all section controlling document
Ø Report problem to manager and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Japanese or related field
Ø Fluent in both language English and Japanese (N2)
Ø At least 2-3 years’ experience in Import – Export field.
Ø Leadership skills (for future promotion)
Ø Negotiation and problem solving skills
Ø Service-minded and able to work under pressure
Preferable:
Ø Experience in Sales in Automotive industries
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday) + 1 Saturday per month
