Duties & Responsibility:
Daily operation in terms of shipment delivery to customers
Calculate customer demand and control stock inventory level
Issue P/O to supplier and follow up incoming shipment to fulfill customer demand in due time
Negotiate with suppliers
Coordinate with warehouse in terms of shipment arrival or any other related sales issue
Input receiving product to stock system
Provide sales support
Issue sales order and tax invoice for sales transaction
Correspondence with overseas suppliers
Coordinate with shipping company and freight forwarders
Qualification:
[Must]
Female only, Thai nationality, age 24-30 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or related fields
Experiences in issuing P/O, invoice and shipping documents
Experience in logistic function
Good computer & typing skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills with pleasant personality
Good command of English (both in writing and speaking).
Ability to work well under pressure
[Prefer]
Experiences in BOI, Import and Export field is advantage
Hard working, good negotiation skill and highly service minded
Languages skills:
English: Business level
Workplace Area:Ploenchit, Bangkok (BTS Chitlom)
Working Hour:Mon - Fri 8:30 – 17:30

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 THB/ Month
