Work outline: Responsible for assisting sales team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Assisting the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
Ø Preparing and then following up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
Ø Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
Ø Liaising between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints
Ø Working closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and de-velop Sales strategy accordingly
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 24-30 years
Ø Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Ø 1-3 years in Logistics Business, Freight Forwarding ( Import & Export Air and Ocean ) and Liners, BOI, Customer Service or Sales or related field.
Ø Can work well under pressure
Ø Can make decision by him/herself
Ø Computer Literacy (MS. Office)
Ø Not job hopper
Ø Driver license and own car
Preferable:
Ø Can make good decision by yourself and good relation with other section in company
Ø Can make communication and good relationship with customer
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: SUVANABHUMI AIRPORT
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (08:30– 17:30)
