Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide Japanese ⇔ Thai interpretation during client meetings, factory visits, and internal discussions - Drive to client sites and provide on-site sales support when required (average 3 days a week) - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients - Coordinate with distributors: arrange appointments with new clients, visit clients together, and hold meetings to discuss sales strategies - Handle sales administration tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, invoices, and other related documents - Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in coordination with relevant departments - Provide translation and interpretation support for Japanese communication as needed - Support internal and external communication, and assist with general office tasks - Other duties assigned Work style: - Mainly maintenance factory-based, with support to the Japanese MD - Client and factory visits as required by sales activities *Please note: Independent new business development and sales quotas are not currently expected for this position.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・At least 3 years of working experience in sales coordinator and interpreter in any industry ・Conversational high level of Japanese to communicate with the report line and some specific clients(N3 up) ・Having Own car <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Business level of Japanese
