<Job Responsibilities>
Sales Coordinator
- Coordination with logistic vendors, warehouse and Freight Forwarder
- Issue invoice for sale to customers
- Issue Purchase Order
- Delivery all shipments to customer on time by coordinate with shipping/freight forwarder
- Manage export shipment / domestic shipment
- Delivery control
- Documentation Management
- Stock management

-BOI Control (3 main tasks) > short terms
- confirm balance stock monthly (mainly BOI product) cross check with client (Control stock of BOI items)
- Release product for shipment
- Follow up document for stock check
- Other duties as assigned
- Next year plan, Singapore branch will control warehouse management , This position need to coordinate between warehouse and client for deliver and stock control

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 24 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years experience of Sales co / Sales support / Import-Export / Procurement in Trading company related to Electronic product
- Must have experience of Import -Export document / stock management
- Good command of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- SAP experience
- BOI experience

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานขาย
- ประสานงานกับผู้ขายโลจิสติก คลังสินค้า และ Freight Forwarder
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้เพื่อขายให้กับลูกค้า
- ออกใบสั่งซื้อ
- จัดส่งสินค้าทั้งหมดให้กับลูกค้าตรงเวลาโดยประสานงานกับ shipping/freight forwarder
- จัดการการส่งออก / การขนส่งภายในประเทศ
- การควบคุมการจัดส่ง
- การจัดการเอกสาร
- การจัดการสต็อค

- การควบคุม BOI (3 งานหลัก) > ระยะสั้น
- ยืนยันสต๊อกสินค้าคงเหลือรายเดือน (ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ BOI) ตรวจสอบกับลูกค้า (ควบคุมสต๊อกสินค้า BOI)
- ปล่อยสินค้าสำหรับการจัดส่ง
- ติดตามเอกสารเช็คสต๊อก
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- แผนปีหน้าสาขาสิงคโปร์จะควบคุมการจัดการคลังสินค้า ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องประสานงานระหว่างคลังสินค้ากับลูกค้าในการส่งมอบและควบคุมสต็อก

- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 24 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ของ Sales co / Sales support / Import-Export / Procurement in Trading company related to Electronic product
- ต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านการนำเข้า - ส่งออกเอกสาร / การจัดการสต็อค
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี

- ประสบการณ์ SAP
- ประสบการณ์ BOI

ทักษะทางภาษา
ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา
