Job Description

Sales Coordinator @Chonburi (22K-27K) (SDG-29560)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Communicate with both customer and supplier to exactly grasp their requirement / availability
	Cooperate with BOI, Accounting for strengthening relationship
	Catch the customers’ production information (forecast, future business plan, etc.)
	Create and manage of material balance sheet (stock remains / to be ordered)
	Manage and control delivery schedule to meet customers’ request, cooperating with suppliers
	Manage and control Purchase Order from customers, Issue PO to suppliers
	Receive quotation request from customers
	Request quotation to suppliers upon customer’s required specification together with Sales Leader or Manager
	Make a proposal to customers with material purchasing cost comparison from various suppliers (together with Sales Team)
	Issue quotation together with Sales Leader or Manager
	After issued quotation, communicate with customer to check whether there is any point to be negotiated
	Assist Sales Leader or Manager in clerical works such as document preparation, meeting with customers, and others as assigned.
	Support Sales Leader or Manager in taking care of customers / suppliers.
	Mainly communicate with Thai staffs of customers / suppliers to acquire more effective or important information to

Job Requirement

	Visit customer’s window person immediately after NG found and report the damage situation
	Report to supplier together with Sales Leader (If material has any NG)
	Analyze the cause of NG, Make action plan to prevent from repetition with Sales Team member
	Collect and check correct information on a claim / complaint (material and service)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
	Bachelor degree
	At least 3-5 years’ experience of B to B sales or marketing in Japanese manufacturing or trading company (Non-consumer products)
	Advanced conversation level of English (Med)
	Willing to work in small working environment
	Able to work under pressure and under tight the timeline
	Have driving license

<Preferable Skill / Experience>		
	Have knowledge of BOI privileges and tax optimization process of Free Zone
	Business level of English
	Have knowledge of import & export
	Experience to handle nonferrous metal
