Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with Thai Sales personnel to facilitate and support the sales process. - Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documentation. - Receive and process purchase orders from clients, leading to invoice issuance. - Liaise with local manufacturing company clients for sales coordination, communication, and scheduling. - Manage documentation flow, including forwarding documents, arranging details, and following up with both clients and sales team members. - Handle general administrative and coordination tasks to support overall sales activities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of experience in roles such as Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Sales Administration. (Demonstrated experience in handling Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Invoices.) - Conversational English proficiency (middle level) for internal coordination with Japanese colleagues, documentation tasks, and email communication. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in using SAP software. - Prior work experience from a Trading Company.
