Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, billing documents, and delivery documents. - Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing. - Handle international shipping documentation, customs procedures, and export/import documentation. - Maintain and update sales data, reports, and documentation in the ERP system. - Monitor inventory and coordinate delivery schedules with relevant teams. - Assist in managing purchasing processes related to sales orders. - Prepare sales reports, updates, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel. - Ensure accuracy of documentation and maintain proper filing systems. - Support communication and problem-solving between the sales team, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related roles in the Trading industry - Conversational middle level of English (Internal, mainly with documentation, email, and verbal) - Knowledge of FTA (Free Trade Agreement) and BOI procedures <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese company - Experience in the Electronics/Components industry - Familiar with ERP systems and accounting systems (Sage300).
