Sales Coordinator (18K–23K) (SDG-103625) ผู้ประสานงานการขาย <Job responsibilities> ・Deal with necessary documents and data related to BOI ・Coordinate with both domestic and overseas customers about shipping and invoices. ・Assist the sales team for managing schedules and issuing any sales documents ・Book shipment delivery. ・Coordinate with shipping, suppliers and customers for delivery of goods. ・Input the data about stock management and distribution into system ・Making the document in relation to shipping, sales and distribution ・Other tasks as per assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・จัดการกับเอกสารและข้อมูลที่จำเป็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ BOI ・ประสานงานกับลูกค้าทั้งในและต่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่งและใบแจ้งหนี้ ・ช่วยเหลือทีมขายในการจัดการตารางเวลาและออกเอกสารการขาย ・จองการจัดส่งพัสดุ ・ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขนส่ง ซัพพลายเออร์ และลูกค้าในการจัดส่งสินค้า ・ป้อนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการจัดการสต็อกและการกระจายสินค้าเข้าสู่ระบบ ・จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่ง การขาย และการจัดจำหน่าย ・งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
