Sales Coordinator (20K-26K) (JO-180306-148646)

About this Job

Work outline: Responsible for coordinating shipping and ordering and assisting in overall sales activities by gathering information and making documents.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Responsible for assisting Sales teams including billing, contacting clients and suppliers, shipping and ordering, managing items order schedules etc.

Ø  Make documents for sales

Ø  Coordinate sales related matters between other departments and clients (including contacting factories in other countries such as China, Singapore in ENGLISH)

Ø  Other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

[Must]                                                     

Ø  Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 25-34 years old

Ø  Bachelor’s degree

Ø  Business level English (Advanced conversational highest is ok too, if speaking is good enough)

Ø  Experiences of administrative jobs or sales coordinator

Ø  Basic Computer skill (MS Office *a short test will be given in the interview)

 

Preferable:

Ø  Experiences in Japanese company

Ø  flexible and quick in response

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational level  

Japanese: None    

 

 

Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit

Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:30 (Mon – Fri) *May work 1-2times per year on Sats according to corporate calendar
