Work outline: Support and collaborate with Sales tea to achieve company’s overall sales goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Cooperate with sales team, customers and suppliers in matters related to the sale process is ongoing and effectively
Ø To expand the market shipping for new and existing customers
Ø Take order from customer and coordinating for shipment arrangement and make sure smooth transaction and customer satisfaction
Ø Keep record of monthly sales volume and report to Marketing and Sales manager by the end of the month
Ø Take care others sales secretary jobs per assignment
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 22-28 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
Ø At least 1 years of working experience as sales coordinator in trading company
Ø Knowledge of import and export document and how to registration import material to MOD & DIW (Department of Industrial works)
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Ø Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel)
Preferable:
Ø Hard working, flexible and fast learning
Ø Communication skills and tolerance
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 24,000 – 26,000 THB
