Work outline: To support sales department and coordinate closely with customers / suppliers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate with Suppliers and Customers for delivery of goods
Ø Issuing Sales Contract / Purchase Contract
Ø Follow up Cargo Readiness, Arrange for delivery plan
Ø Input Purchase Transaction / Sale Transaction to Accounting System (SAP)
Ø Arrange Payment Voucher / Collection Voucher
Ø Manage for Collection from customers
Ø Reporting Sale Summary / Outstanding Contract Summary
Ø Other assigned task by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, female, age 23-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
Ø 1 – 3 years of working experience in Sales Coordinator (direct experience in handling sales documents)
Ø Good command in English
Ø Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively
Ø Good interpersonal skill
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge in Steel specification & market would be advantage
Ø Knowledge in Logistic and import-export procedure would be advantage
Language skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsri Station
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17.00)
