Duties & Responsibilities:
Receiving customers PO for W-EDI or E-Mail
Preparing PO To company Group, Entry PO data into IFS System
Support shipping document to customers ,Chasing delivery with company Group
Taking a record book , Fill up new customers profile
Billing invoice for import PCB to Customers, Billing invoice tooling & mold to customers
Co-ordinate with HHE forwarder
Distribution cargoes
Follow up cargoes problem, Follow up corporate on quality problem issued
Summary invoices report to AR ,Billing Note / Monthly statement to customers
Arrange receipt to customers, Collecting cheque
Handle T/T payment from customer
Monthly reporting to Accounting section
Support to sales team.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 22-28 years
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Fresh graduate is welcome (But require at least few trainee experiences )
Good command of English (Advanced Conversational level)
Preferable:
Have at least 2 years of working experience (Manufacturing or Trading field)
Able to start to work immediately
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000THB negotiable
