Purpose and objectives
Opportunity to work with well-known and big Supplier to automotive Industry
Branch & Technical Center in Thailand is the center of Asia area
Willing to work with big company (has almost 20,000 staffs in Asia Area)
Responsibility:
•Handle export operation
•Receive and take orders from clients
•Prepare and handle sales documents and which included P/O, tax invoice, and follow up delivery schedule with clients and factories
•Handle and manage internal and external queries from clients
•Liaise with oversea offices for related requirements
•Liaise with customers and shipping agents
•Other tasks which assigned by manager
Qualification:
•Female only, Age between 22 - 28 years old
•Thai Nationality Only
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Japanese Language, Logistics, or other related fields
•Fresh graduates are welcome
•1 – 3 yrs. exp. in sales, sales coordinator, export will be advantage
•Experience in automotive industries will be advantage
•Knowledge in export will be advantage
•Good command in Japanese (Above JLPT N3 level)(dealing with Japanese sales)
•Good command in English
•Excellent interpersonal skill with service-minded
•Able to work under pressure
Language Skill:
*English in Advanced Conversation Level
*Japanese in Advanced Conversation Level (JPLT N3 and above)
Workplace Area:BTS Phrompong
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (08.30 – 17.30)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000-25,000 THB/ Month (Negotiable)
