Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for Thailand Sales activity and support Regional Sales for Singapore/ Malaysia Sales Functions. - Provide daily customer support via email, phone to ensure effective communication with customers. - Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospects customers - Collaborate with internal teams within company group ensure customer's satisfaction. - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and actively contribute to company's objectives with a proactive attitude. - Manage market database and analysis (including data entry and market research). - Other task as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years experience as Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service in Shipping Business, Logistics/ Freight Forwarder, or Automotive Trading, Import-Export field - Conversational High in English (Coordinate with oversea clients) - Be able to visit client when required (visit together with team) - Comfort to do OT if require - Computer literate in MS office <In detail> - Strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills. - High Responsibility, Well Organizing, Self-motivation, and Logical Thinking. - Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate proactive attitude <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree major International Logistics, Business Administration - Holding high score of TOEIC at least 700 up - Driving license
