Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support Japanese sales representatives with CRM tasks, including accompanying them on client visits. - Prepare and arrange quotations for Japanese and Thai clients. - Assist with customer and supplier requests related to sales. -Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics and Accounting. - Manage coordination with partner companies and other stakeholders. - Review and monitor monthly reports (e.g., monthly sales reports) and deadlines. - Future opportunities: Business development with new domestic and international clients/suppliers in the rubber and plastics sectors. - Potential career path: Opportunity to advance into a full sales role in the future.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year of experience in sales support in trading or manufacturing industry - At least conversational-middle English for internal communication. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having work experience in a Japanese company - Experience in chemical industry (particularly rubber), with clients in the automotive sector.
