Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Get the customer requirements & information, inform and coordinate with all concerns for being able to respond with customer requirement standard. - Coordinate with concerned parties (suppliers, customers, mother company, internal) for new model preparation and engineering change request. - Arrange meeting for new model/engineering change preparation. - Propose selling price and issue quotation for trial event of new models - Support Sales team for improvement activities. - Coordinate with shipping team for delivery matter. - Documents translation as assigned. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field - At least 1 year in Sales coordinator/ Project coordinator in Manufacturing field - Holding JLPT N3, N2, N2 with Conversational High in Japanese (coordinating with suppliers, customers, mother company, internal, documents translating etc.) - Conversational High in English (documents, reports, email etc.) - Good skills of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) <In detail> - Good coordination/facilitation, negotiation, compromise, analytic and systematic thinking - Good relationship, personality, communication, positive thinking, self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Holding TOEIC score - Experience in electronic, automotive industry - Early join candidates
