Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Scheduling and attending appointments with clients *This includes both follow-up with existing clients and development of new business opportunities *At the beginning of your employment, you will start by handling existing clients and responding to inbound inquiries - Post-service implementation follow-ups - Developing and proposing marketing strategies to increase sales of client products on EC platforms - Interpretation support between Thai and Japanese staff - Other duties assigned *Approximately 60–70% of client meetings are online, with 30–40% in-person visits. * Public transportation (including taxis) will be used for in-person meetings. All travel expenses will be reimbursed in full.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Conversational high level of Japanese to communicate with Japanese clients. - Conversational middle level of English for internal communication. - At least 2–3 years of experience as sales in any industries. Fresh graduated welcome. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in e-commerce website-related sales (e.g., e-commerce operations, EC consulting, EC-related sales, EC platforms, digital marketing, etc.). - Have experience in developing new customers as a salesperson. - Conversational level of Japanese.
