Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Scheduling and attending appointments with clients *This includes both follow-up with existing clients and development of new business opportunities *At the beginning of your employment, you will start by handling existing clients and responding to inbound inquiries - Post-service implementation follow-ups - Developing and proposing marketing strategies to increase sales of client products on EC platforms - Interpretation support between Thai and Japanese staff - Other duties assigned *Approximately 60–70% of client meetings are online, with 30–40% in-person visits. * Public transportation (including taxis) will be used for in-person meetings. All travel expenses will be reimbursed in full.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any field - At least 2–3 years of experience as sales in any industries. *fresh graduated welcome - Conversational middle level of English for internal communication - Conversational high level of Japanese to communicate with Japanese clients <Preferable Skill / Experience> -Experience in e-commerce website-related sales (e.g., e-commerce operations, EC consulting, EC-related sales, EC platforms, digital marketing, etc.) -Have experience in developing new customers as a salesperson -Conversational level of Japanese
