Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Consult with customers about their internal issues - Propose solution - Make outbound calls to potential customers and get orders - Respond to potential customers - Share the necessary information internally - Explain and demonstrate features of products and services - Train users how to use the app & recommend usage ideas - Follow-up & provide consulting support to ensure successful usage - Support Thai and overseas customers in English & Thai via LINE Official, email, phone etc. - Handle internal procedures & contact customers (new and renewal contract) - Continuously create & update support materials - Translation for any announcement, language in the app etc. - inquiries turning leads into loyal customers. - Other duties assigned *Client area will be around Bangkok, Chonburi, Ayutthaya (Mostly located in industrial area) **Visit client by Train, Taxi or Van. <Expected Persoanlity> - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed - Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships - Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving industry
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years experience B2B sales in IT industries or intangible product field such as SaaS. - Communication high level of English (For communication with Japanese Managers) - MS Office skills etc. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in IT/SaaS/Technology/SaaS/IT Consulting - Experience in studying in English-native country - Familiarity with SaaS or technology-related fields (a plus) - Conversational middle level of Japanese language (JLPT N3 up)
