Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Participate in structured training and development programs to develop as a professional coach - Learn, apply, and deepen understanding of proprietary Systemic Coaching methodology to support leadership and organizational transformation - Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders across Thailand and the ASEAN region to understand their needs and create long-term value - Deliver high-quality coaching services, including one-on-one and group coaching engagements - Support planning and delivery of organizational development projects, including stakeholder coordination, project management, and client communication - Support business development activities, including proposal development, expanding existing projects, and identifying new business opportunities - Collaborate with colleagues across offices and countries to enhance service quality, share best practices, and contribute to business growth - Continuously develop capabilities in coaching, sales and project management through ongoing learning and practice - Coordinate client relationships, project management, and delivery, including preparing client presentations, training materials, and related documentation. - Gradually take greater ownership of client accounts, project execution, and business development initiatives. - Contribute to the growth and development of the organization as a pioneer in the coaching industry.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 5 years of work experience as Trainer, Coaching, Sales Consultant, Consultant, Business Planning, Project Manager, HRD, HRBP or any related fields - Business-level proficiency in English (TOEIC 850+ or equivalent), with ability to communicate effectively in professional settings (client meetings, presentations, business correspondence) - Interest in Executive & Systemetic coaching industry (At least 1 year of training session about this fields) <In details> - No prior coaching experience or certification required <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience studying, living, or working abroad, particularly in Japan, Europe, or the United States, is highly desirable - Experience in consulting firm
