Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare Quotation for new requirement, cost simulation, and any price requirements. 
- Monitor claim and complaint issues by coordinating with the concerned department (FQE, Logistics) to solve problems.     
- Analyze customers’ forecast data to ensure accurate information, input to the company system, and report to the Manager.  
- Making a monthly/yearly sales plan based on customers’ forecast and market information, and monitoring orders to achieve sales targets.  
-  Responsibility for the customer’s order for delivery on time and negotiating with the customer for appropriate L/T (Lead Time), schedule, and forecast to prevent the production line’s stop.  
- Coordinate with Japan HQ, factory, and overseas branches (in English) for getting support for customers’ requirements. 
- Document Support for customers. 
- Find new customers and maintain current customers to increase sales and profit. 
- To get customer satisfaction by maintaining and developing relations.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field. 
- At least 2 years’ experience in the field of B2B sales
- Experience in machine parts, machines, or any related field
- Conversational high in English, both writing and speaking for documents and emails (coordinate with overseas branches)
- Conversational middle to high in Chinese for communicates with customers (HSK 4+)
- Adjustable personality, High motivation, and positive thinking.  
- Excellent in using computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps, etc. 
- Able to work under pressure and work as a team.  
- Able to go visit clients onsite as assigned
- Having own car and license. 

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to communicate in Japanese
- Semiconductor business is an advantage.
