<Number of employees : Total : 176 Local : 170 Japanese : 6 > <Report Line :Thai Manager(Male, 40 years), Japanese GM> <Team Member: 20 persons> <Number of Subordinates:17 persons > <Products: Automotive part (Steel Sheet)> <Clients: Automotive industry > <Saturday Working: Every other Saturday> <Job Responsibilities> ・Maintain the relationship with Existing client and Develop new client (Existing : New> about 6:4 - 7:3/ Sales Area is not limited, everywhere in Thailand)*Visit client and supplier by own car or company car with driver ・Taking care of clients and supplier, provide after-sales service when client's deal with the problem, given the perfect solution. ・Estimate cost and selling, negotiate cost with clients. ・Make invoice, PO ・Solve the problem when subordinates faced difficulties to use system ・Coordinate with production team then manage delivery and order clients requirement by using system ・Coordinate with group company (Japanese person who can speak English) ・Training and improving of sales subordinates ・Support to Thai Manager ・Other task assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 5 years experience as sales in Steel, Trade, Automotive, Electric company ・At least 1 years experience of management ・Conversational high level of English(To report to Japanese GM and coordinate with group company) ・Understanding Inventory and delivery ・Energetic and bright person <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Conversational middle level of Japanese （N4 up） ・Bachelor's Degree in any field but graduated from TOP20 university ・Have sales experience in steel company or steel department in trading company is more advantage
