Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Visit prospect clients mainly in industrial and construction material sectors, including site visits to areas such as Chonburi, Ayutthaya, etc. (1–2 times/week by company car with driver)
- Build and expand relationships with new clients, especially in the construction material market, leveraging your existing industry network and market knowledge
- Identify business opportunities and proactively introduce new materials and solutions beyond standard product sales
- Receive orders or requests from clients and provide prompt responses and follow-up
- Manage sales forecast, inventory control, and order planning
- Prepare quotations and proposal documents tailored to client needs
- Coordinate with suppliers for delivery, pricing, and quality issues
- Provide demand forecast information to the admin and suppliers
- Create reports for management in English (e.g., weekly reports, action plans)
- Handle inquiries and troubleshoot claims from clients
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and industry needs, especially in the construction and building materials sector
- Other tasks as assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 year experience as sales in building material or construction field.
- Have strong knowledge and network in building materials
- Conversational middle level of English(For communication with Japanese managers)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of handling with resin products
- Conversational middle level of Japanese
<Expected personality>
- Proactive, High motivation of studying something new.
