Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
・Serve as the primary sales contact for local manufacturers (paint and resin manufacturers), currently handling 5–6 clients.
・Follow-up with existing customers 
・Manage end-to-end sales operations for assigned clients, covering purchasing, sales, and related administrative tasks.
・Coordinate and manage deliveries to clients, including shipment scheduling and preparation of shipping documents.
・Visit clients regularly by company car or public transportation. 
・Communicate and negotiate with overseas suppliers (primarily China and Taiwan, also domestic) and local customers (Thai paint and resin chemical manufacturers).
・Prepare sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
・Handle customer complaints and other issues as they arise.
・Other tasks assigned by the Japanese manager.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years of working experience as sales, sales engineer in trading or manufacturing 
- Experience in creating documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and import documents, and related work
- Conversational high level of English (Communication with overseas suppliers/clients) 
- Can visit clients (Only in-house tasks such as sales coordinator and inside sales etc are disqualified)
- Can proactively communicate with overseas location without hesitation.

Personality: Strong leadership, Accurate enough to make documents

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience as a sales at a trading company taking care of chemical products
- Working experience of logistics
- Can join in December
