Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Ensure that every Customer is treated according to the company's mission. - Maintain stock operations and cashier. - Maintain store display and visual merchandising standards. - Maintain effective communication channels with customers Ex. telephone, email, company Line, and Facebook. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Deal with all issues that arise from customers. (complaints, etc.) - Support other tasks if there are any requested.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - At least 1 year of experience in Sales/Customer Service in a Retail shop - Available to work on weekends (Saturday -Sunday), assigned by Shift 8 hrs/day. - Conversational middle level in English for communicating with customers, the Director, and making the document - Talk with customers on the telephone, email, company Line, and Facebook. <Details> - Customer service - Pleasant personality with excellent service attitude. - Can work well under pressure Good team player and time management skills. < Preferable > - Have experience as a sales brand name/High-end/Luxury product.
