Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle process of order with accuracy and timeless, Daily communicate with customer and overseas co-worker, Delivery management and follow up shipping document. - Submit quotation, Handle orders and checking the orders have the correct prices, and product numbers. - Inputting orders (sales and purchase) and invoice issue, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. - Other related issues as assigned by direct supervisors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - At least 3 years of working experience as Sales Assistants, Sales coordinator, Sales Admin - Conversational Middle in English (Internal and communication with client via call, email including provide the document) <Detail> - Details person - Good personality <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to communicate in Japanese - Experience of Semiconductors and Electronic parts industry.
