Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support the sales team in handling inquiries and coordinating bookings for Japanese customers. - Arrange golf-related services, including golf course reservations, hotel accommodations, airport transfers, restaurant bookings, club and shoe rentals, and tournament/competition arrangements. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery. - Handle after-sales support and respond to customer requests or issues in a timely manner. - Follow up with golf clubs, golf stores, and business partners regarding consignment products and sales performance. - Maintain good relationships with clients and business partners. - Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, reports, and other related documents. - Update customer and sales records accurately in the system. - Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > *Candidate A or B can submit -(A) At least 1 year of Experience in Japanese-speaking Admin, Coordinator, or sales support in any industry -(B) Fresh graduates are welcome - Conversational high level of Japanese (JLPT; N3 up), coordinate with customers by typing using a PC in Japanese - Computer literacy (Excel, email, and chat communication). <Personality> - Interest in golf or the tourism business is a plus. - Being able to join immediately is a plus
