Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To handle all documentation related to sales and shipments - To create and prepare purchase orders, invoices, and quotations - To support the team in internal sales activities and coordination - To manage client relationships with 100% existing clients - To provide continuous support, updates, and shipping information - To oversee inventory management and ensure effective stock control - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field - At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Support, Sales Assistant, or Sales coordinator - Experience in Sales Documents, PO, Invoice, Quotation, and Shipment (Import-Export) - Experience in Inventory management and stock control - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate internally and mainly use with Email, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for Sales Documents and the Inventory part - Able to learn to select suitable equipment models simply - Able to learn how to communicate in basic technical terms with customers <In Details> - Strong Communication Skills - Attention to Detail and Accuracy - Proactive and Service-Minded Attitude <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in a Distributor Company - Experience in a Water Pump
