Sales Assistant (Trading) (28K–31K) (SDG-114757) <Job responsibilities> - Coordinate with forwarder to ensure and maintain import documentation accurately - Responsible for checking orders before delivery to clients - Prepare documents such as invoices, POS, and quotations in English - Coordinate with client and forwarder about delivery schedule and method - Support inventory control by using Excel - Support the Japanese manager in making the Sales report and Sales planning by using Excel - Sometimes visit clients together with the Japanese manager (2-3 days per week, around Chonburi, Rayong and Korat) - Other duties as assigned *Able to use company car with driver for visiting client site
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 27 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - More than 5 years of experience as a Sales assistant or Import/Export in a Trading Company - Person who handled documents for import/Export - Conversational High level of English (primarily used for email communication and interaction with Japanese reporting lines) - Excel skill (use some functions) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working Experience in a small-sized company - Able to join immediately Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday) About the Benefits 28,000–31,500THB About the company Product & Service: Chemical and Plastic Business Type: General Trading Company;General Chemicals (Electronic Material / Liquid Crystal Material);
