- Maintain Sales (Mostly work in office), in case of visiting client outside, company with driver is provided.
- To calculate price correctly and on the due date and explain to customer as assign under supervision.
- Documents, participate in various internal and external meeting, create meeting minutes and report to concerned parties.
- To coordinate with concerned parties to response to customer’s requests.
- To support communication with other regions for meeting and ordering
- To collect a various data and information and report to concerned parties.
- To corporate and provide a various support as assign.
- To follow company’s rules and understand and act according to division, team and
individual targets which related to management’s vision and policy.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 1 year experience as Sales or Sales Coordinator (any B2B Industry)
- Holding JLPT N3 or N2, Conversational High to Business level in Japanese (communicate with client both by email and meeting etc.)
*Validity of language test score within 3 years
- Conversational High in English (email, documents etc.)
- Computer literacy Able to use Excel - Vlookup & Pivot table
- Comfort for maintain sales and work in office
- Good personality, negotiation and communication skill
- Good personality, Basic negotiation skills , Effective communication skills
<Prefer Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Automotive/ Automotive Parts Industry
- Holding TOEIC 550 score or over
- Direct Sales experience of Wire Harness
- Able to join early or short notice
- Bachelor degree in Marketing field
